These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made via the online shop of MYTHOS CREAZIONI D’INTERNI SAGL (Shop Online Mythos Deco) and set out the rights and obligations of both the seller and the customer. By placing an order, the user fully accepts the following conditions.

The sale of products via the site is intended exclusively for end consumers resident in Switzerland.

MYTHOS CREAZIONI D’INTERNI SAGL strives to provide accurate descriptions and representative images of products; however, small differences in colours or materials may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing variations.

2.2 Availability

Product availability is indicated on the site, but may vary in real time. In the event of unavailability after purchase, the customer will be informed and may choose between a full refund or a replacement with an equivalent product.

Prices and Payment

3.1 Prices

All prices are given in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the applicable VAT. Any shipping costs are calculated and indicated at the time of checkout.

3.2 Methods of Payment

We accept the following secure payment methods:

Advance bank transfer

The order will only be processed after receipt of payment.

Shipping and Delivery

It is normally possible to collect the product in the shop, at no additional cost. However, it is possible, at the express request of the customer, make shipments to Switzerland. Any shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

4.1 Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on availability and shipping address. Generally:

Switzerland: 3-7 working days

Any delays do not give rise to claims for compensation.

4.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are indicated when ordering and vary depending on the weight and destination of the parcel.

4.3 Verification of Goods

Upon delivery, the customer shall check the package for obvious damage. Any problems must be reported within 48 hours at info@mythosdeco.ch.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

5.1 Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without justification.

To exercise withdrawal, a written notice must be sent to info@mythosdeco.ch and return the product in original condition, with label (if any), unused and with intact packaging.

We do not accept returns without a purchase receipt or valid proof of payment.

5.2 Spese di Reso

Le spese di spedizione per il reso sono a carico del cliente, salvo errori o difetti imputabili a MYTHOS CREAZIONI D’INTERNI SAGL. Tuttavia, è possibile riconsegnare la merce direttamente in negozio, senza costi aggiuntivi.

5.3 Rimborso

Reimbursement will be made within 14 days upon receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method as the purchase.

⚠️ Exceptions: We do not accept returns on products customised or tailor-made.

6. Warranty and Service

6.1 Legal Warranty

All products sold are covered by a 2-year legal warranty for manufacturing defects, in accordance with Swiss legislation on the sale of consumer goods.

6.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, incorrect maintenance or normal wear and tear.
Unauthorised modifications to the product.
Damage resulting from external causes (accidents, moisture, etc.).

6.3 Service Requests

To activate the guarantee, please contact us at info@mythosdeco.ch providing proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

7. Responsibility

MYTHOS CREAZIONI D’INTERNI SAGL is not responsible for:

Delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
Indirect damage resulting from improper use of the products.
Typographical errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions, if unintentional.

Use of the site is at the user's own risk. MYTHOS CREAZIONI D’INTERNI SAGL does not guarantee that the site will always be available without interruptions or technical errors.

8. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Legge Federale sulla Protezione dei Dati (LPD) and, if applicable, to the GDPR.

The information provided by customers is used exclusively for order processing, business relationship management and, subject to consent, for marketing purposes.

9. Modifiche alle Condizioni Generali

MYTHOS CREAZIONI D’INTERNI SAGL reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be applicable to orders placed after their publication on the site.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by the diritto svizzero.

In the event of disputes, the place of jurisdiction is Lugano, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
